The cover is a complete “all-risk" policy. This means regardless of fault, you will always be covered in any event including FIDELITY cover and key cover.

Your safe deposit box is insured in your name, so any payment will be made directly to you and not via the safe deposit centre.

Insurance covers gold, silver, other precious metals, jewellery, precious stones, securities bonds, currency, numismatic collections, stamp collections, watch collections, or any other item/s of value or document/s.

We strongly recommend that you keep a detailed inventory, take and keep photographs, keep up-to-date valuations, keep any receipts, and make copies of documents stored in your safe deposit box. Storing valuables in a safe deposit box should not be considered as an alternative to insuring them.

At Sentinel Vaults, we can help arrange a valuation for you. We have carefully selected industry experts in the following fields:

Valuations will be conducted by qualified gemologists and registered valuers to the highest professional standard and are confidential, as valuations contain highly detailed information. Your portfolio can be re-valued, as necessary (at a reduced cost) ensuring you are never under-insured.

You can visit the valuer in person in your own time. The off-site valuation will be offered at a 50% discounted rate compared to the normal cost of a valuation once you have opened an account with Sentinel Vaults. You may arrange your own valuation, please ensure it is for insurance purposes.
